Assisted by a caregiver, toddlers discover endless movement possibilities through playful exploration. Fun lesson plans with child friendly equipment, emphasize basic movement fundamentals, vocabulary and special awareness. The Keiki Wahine 1 (Novice) program is designated for levels red and yellow. Once passing the Keiki Wahine 1 (Novice) program, gymnasts will then advance to Keiki Wahine 2 (Intermediate) learning level green and blue skills.

RGA’s Academy students 7.5+ participate in the Anuenue Na Hoku “Star” Evaluation Program. Under careful supervision, RGA coaches will monitor individual progress through a color-coded curriculum red, yellow, green, blue charts and lesson plans geared towards success, and provide goal setting opportunities.

What comes after the recreational program?
Progress is tracked through personalized charts and lesson plans, ensuring each child's success. With time and practice, they build strength and confidence in their skills across various gymnastic events. Upon successful achievement of each color of the rainbow, children will receive a level ribbon and certificate for their accomplishment.
Upon mastering skill progressions, students are invited to advance to intermediate/advanced levels. Parents will receive invitation letters to the RGA XCEL/ Developmental teams, marking the next step in their child's gymnastics journey.
Total Tumbling
Ages: +7 years
Our coed Total Tumbling classes are a “drop in” style class where students enjoy a one-hour tumbling lesson with opportunity to improve in specific skill focuses with guidance from our coaching staff.
